Types of Data Processed

• The application does not require or collect any mandatory personal data for its operation.
• Any personal data entered by the User (e.g., names, contact details, or other information about their clients) remain under the sole responsibility of the User.

Legal Basis

Data processing occurs exclusively at the User’s initiative, for purposes strictly connected to the use of the app.

Data Retention

• Data remain stored locally on the User’s device.
• If synchronization is enabled, data may transit through technical support servers, solely for the purpose of synchronization between the User’s devices.
• Data are not accessed or processed by the Data Controller.

Data Provision

The provision of personal data is optional and fully under the User’s control.
The app may be used without entering any personal data.

Data Disclosure and Transfer

• Data entered by the User are not disclosed to third parties.
• No transfer outside the European Economic Area is foreseen.

Data Dissemination and Profiling

The data:

• are not subject to profiling
• are not disseminated

Automated Decision-Making

No decisions based on automated data processing are carried out.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The ClientiApp mobile application does not use cookies.

The website https://www.clientiapp.com uses only technical cookies necessary for proper navigation.
No profiling or advertising cookies are used.
The User may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.

User Rights

The User may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

• access, rectification, or erasure of data;
• restriction of or objection to processing;
• data portability;
• lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
